The Role:  Team Coordinator 

We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Communities and Engagement team in Malta.

You’ll play a key role in our engagement and communities’ department, assisting the various teams in do what we do best:  update, reward and inspire our players, keeping them engaged with top notch content celebrating their successes and winning moments while staying compliant. 

From informative posts to fabulous campaigns with our ambassadors or celebs, you’ll always be at the very centre of the action making sure the teams are focused an organised, overlooking the projects from start to finish to ensure all the steps are followed in a timely manner. You will also support the various stake holders involved to ensure smooth communications and flawless exchange of information / assets / guidance from Compliance, as well as taking care of all the admin related workload for each of the team you are going to be responsible for.  

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Why we need you

Responsible for various team internal and intra- departmental admin, communication, and processes.

You’ll be working closely with all engagement team members (Social Media, Blog, Learn, Twitch and Ambassadors) creative designers, freelancers, and service suppliers.

You’ll be ensuring that briefs, tasks, and projects are progressing to hit deadlines and meet compliance requirements with all stakeholders involved fully prepped to deliver in time.

You’ll be communicating end-to-end process responsibilities, milestones and deadlines to the relevant team whilst ensuring that the communications and workflows are streamlined to run effectively, and potential issues and roadblocks are escalated timely to the Team Coordinator Manager to find resolution.

  • Serve as Team point of contact for coordination issues, including working with our freelance teams of moderators, both external (engagement only) and internal (customer Support agents). 

  • Ensuring that the Team meets deadlines and subsequent execution plans are implemented in time, with effect and as planned.

  • Track and monitor progress and feedback of all key projects and regularly meet internal team and management to ensure workflows are functional and streamlined.

  • Communicating with local markets and ensuring they are fulfilling requested demands (for example: translations, reports, competition credits), while also meeting their job requirements on local market profiles and accounts.

  • Assisting in organising content planning calls and brainstorming sessions; following up with subsequent actions and tracking creation and delivery of assets

  • Assisting with content creation, resources allocation (brief traffic management) and reporting processes with external agencies as well as internal teams.

  • Take care of the admin tasks for the team such as: keep an updated unified calendar, take minutes, update internal tools (Asana, Confluence, DropBox), credit tickets / T-money, download & upload content from different drives on/off the network, tag/retro-tag content on Sprinklr etc.

  • Assisting with accountancy tasks such: invoice processing, basic budgets tracking (offsets, marketing).

  • Assisting in general systems and tool administration (e.g. FB Business manager governance, password governance)

  • A clear understanding of – and up-to-date knowledge of - the importance and details of Flutter’s Compliance responsibilities across all forms of content  

  • Produce a weekly newsletter on new trends / formats and anything relevant for the teams by collating info from Social Media news sites/competitors etc. 

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a highly organised and effective communicator, able to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and drive his/her/their team towards smashing milestones and support them achieve their goals, while ensuring all the needed procedures and compliance checks are followed.  

Your experience:

  • Experience with admin and accountancy tasks

  • Experience in project management and/or traffic management

  • Comfortable working with multiple teams / stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Digital marketing knowledge or experience

  • Social Media / Community management knowledge or experience 

  • Basic understanding of the gaming industry

Your skills:

  • Excellent organisational, communication skills and time management

  • Able to prioritise under pressure whilst keeping attention to details

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high profile individuals, while serving their varied needs

  • Advanced knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and good presentation skills.

  • Good humour, positive attitude, team player

Requirements:

  •  Expertise in liaising with partners from different business units with differing priorities

  • Keeping up to date with the latest online Social media / Twitch trends
