PA to Managing Directors and Team Assistant

The role:

We are looking for a PA to Managing Directors and Team Assistant to join our Global Technology team in Leeds.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned

Why we need you

You will be providing support to the Global technology team and provide full diary support to our Managing Director of Platform Technology and Managing Director of Application Technology.

Who we're looking for

Utilising your excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrating a can-do attitude, the PA & Team Assistant will have a broad range of responsibilities that require an attention to detail and the ability to manage your time efficiently. No two days, will be the same!

Some of those day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Booking all travel and accommodation for your Directors and other members of the technology team as required

  • Meeting room bookings at various locations within the group

  • Assisting with townhalls, collating of slides and assisting with live events

  • Support the team with administration and diary scheduling

  • Collating and distributing various information accordingly

  • Invoicing, raising PO numbers, and liaising with accounts payable team and suppliers

  • Processing expenses

  • Ad-hoc support with PowerPoint presentations;

  • Support Directors of Information Security with internal team meetings, including distribution of materials;

  • Support the CTO in the absence of the Technology EA

  • Support with ad hoc projects and other duties relevant to the technology department, or any other task assigned by the Technology EA

Your experience:


This role requires someone with excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to interact professionally with senior executives across the Group

Your skills:

The role would suit someone who is highly organised and has the ability to prioritise effectively, as well as:

  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude

  • Confident working with confidential information

  • Strong team ethic and willing to support team members to meet deadlines where relevant

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Oracle Financials)

  • Experience with company secretarial packages Blueprint OneWorld (Diligent Entities) and Diligent Boards desirable but not essential
