The role: Senior IAM Security Specialist - 1 year fixed-term contract

The Senior IAM Security Specialist is a member of Flutter International security team, reporting to the Head of Department, Data and Access Security.
The Senior IAM Security Specialist is responsible to support and extend the Identity and Access Management infrastructure, to ensure successful implementation of Access security strategy and implement controls to meet the Identity and Access Control policies.
The role will involve a mix of technical and programming skills like Java development, automation of business processes, system maintenance, SailPoint knowledge and assessment of controls against Identity and Access Security policies.
Why we need you:
• Design and implementation of automation for access governance business processes
• Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries, and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services
• Lead and participate in projects focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.
• Lead and collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies.
• Add new applications under governance by onboarding to SailPoint
• Identity and Access Management tool maintenance (SailPoint)
• Assess the state of the current access controls against policy and provide pragmatic and effective recommendations to the business so that they can implement improvements to access controls
• Help the business with user lifecycle events processes implementation and maintenance into SailPoint: Joiner / Movers / Leavers, user access reviews, Policy Violations.
Who you are:
• 5+ years experience with designing and managing identity governance and administration solutions
• Excellent knowledge of SailPoint. Good understating of PAM tooling is considered a plus.
• Meaningful experience with following cyber security domains:
• Authorisation and Authentication controls
• Active Directory and / or Azure AD
• Privileged Access Management
• User Access Review and Recertification procedures
• Identity Access Management
• Segregation of Duties controls.
• Good understanding of API usage or previous experience in extending functionality to existing products using APIs.
• Experience supporting large-scale IAM environments
• Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined, globally diverse team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure processes and tooling (bastion servers, Linux, Tomcat)
• Disciplined and logical thinker, with the ability to draw conclusions from large and complex data sets
• Delivery driven with a sensible attitude to risk
• Process and Service design, automation, and operationalization
Nice to have:
• Previous development experience with Java backend
• Understanding of various IT processes and technologies (cloud, virtualization, databases, networking, software development)
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent engineering mindset
