The role: Insight Executive (12 month FTC)
We are looking for an Insight Executive on a 12 month FTC to join our teams in Dublin and London.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.
Are you our next star player?
Reporting into the Insight Manager, this role will help in delivering impactful consumer insight across the Betfair International division. This means working closely with stakeholders across the business to act as the ‘voice of the customer’, ensuring that they are central in decisions made across the business.
Why we need you:
You will use a range of market research methodologies, data analysis techniques and specialist software, and be trusted with your own tasks and projects to manage from day one.
Other responsibilities include:

Understanding our stakeholders needs and look for the right methods to address the customer-related questions

Supporting in quantitative research design, managing research projects, monitoring data collection, analysing data and results and preparing reports and presentations

Involvement in qualitative research such as focus groups and online research communities

Liaising and managing a variety of third parties who support the team’s work
Who we're looking for:
-
A year or more experience in the market research sector in a research or operational role – either at an agency or in-house
-
An enthusiastic all-rounder! The applicant should be numerate and analytical with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in-writing

Curious to learn new skills and acquire new information with a can-do attitude
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint with the desire to become a confident and proficient user of additional industry specific software such as Q, Qualtrics and Alida

Academically strong – a degree in any subject or equivalent experience/expertise

A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and proactive nature
-
Prior knowledge of the gambling/gaming sector (either personal or professional) is an advantage but not a necessity
