The role: Reporting to the Director of Business Operations of Flutter Studios, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Operations in UK/Ireland. This is a FTC role, term is to end of June 2024
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! Why we need you
You will play a key role on the Flutter Studios extended leadership team and has responsibility for Business Operations team of 3 as well as brand partner relationships, communications and growth across the Flutter Studios partner group.
Who we’re looking for
You will be an experienced B2B iGaming professional to support the execution of the strategic ambition as we develop and grow this exciting brand-new business unit. If you are pursuing a new challenge which offers exposure across Flutter brands and divisions, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Business Operations team
- Lead the team to provide consistent, informative and insightful industry insights
- Develop and implement a robust brand partner communications engagement model
- Grow ‘share of gaming wallet’ by increasing Flutter Studio game launches and promotional activities / level of investment carried out by our brand partners
- Optimise the performance of Flutter Studios content across our brands, establishing appropriate and credible critical metrics and benchmarking
- Complete standardised monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations for improved brand partner portfolio optimisation
- Champion new products that address gaps in the current product portfolio or market segments
- Lead the development and execution of our brand partner engagement strategy and roadmap
- Drive portfolio analysis and important metrics that will aide in driving portfolio strategies and planning
- Build positive relationships across Flutter Studios partner mix
- Ensure Flutter Studios is working accordingly to the highest compliance, regulation and governance standards
Skills and Capabilities
- At least 5 years’ experience in real money online gaming, preferably with a bias on B2B relationship management
- 2 or more years’ experience leading an impactful team
- Commercially astute, with a solid understanding of the iGaming industry
- Experience in working for a big global multinational and multi-location company
- Positive attitude and excellent leadership capabilities
- Creative mentality supported by strong analytical understanding
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organisation and diligence
- Able to set clear expectations and demand commitment for self and others
- Able to encourage and empower teams and individuals, and able to identify attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Great problem-solver - Facilitates solutions in a complex technology and business environment
- Establishes trusted and consultative customer relationships
- Great teammate with a passion for casino.
