The role: Customer Activation Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Activation Specialist to join the team based in our Malta office.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Are you our next star player?

This role will manage the global portfolio of casino welcome offers across all markets and channels. This is a role which requires profound understanding of consumer insights, market and competitor landscapes, acquisition journeys, product (bonusing) configurations and reasonable understanding of digital performance marketing. The objective is to drive volume of new casino 1 players and healthy player value, by continuously improving the welcome offer portfolio within the Casino vertical, compliantly.

Why we need you:

This is an essential part of our acquisition strategy and the offer portfolio you would be managing is often the first point of interaction a potential customer has with our brand and products.

The role will require very close cooperation with central functions such as Research, Performance Marketing, MarTech, BI, Fraud & Risk, Compliance and publishing teams. You will be responsible for identifying, optimization and driving welcome offer performance with internal/external stakeholders.

You will take ownership of continuous improvement of such offers across all markets as well as ROI optimization. You will monitor daily and be reporting welcome offer metrics to senior stakeholders.

Who are we looking for:

We’re looking for someone with at three years’ experience working in iGaming, free-to-play gaming business or ecommerce in a user acquisition role. You’ll need an excellent understanding of casino games and offers, bonus mechanics and tools, and digital marketing ecosystems.

You’ll be highly numerate and analytical with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences.

You’ll be interested in optimization and processes – approaching complex workflows and interdependencies and figuring out the cleanest, most efficient ways to do things.

As the ideal candidate, you will have qualifications or equivalent experience of digital marketing, ecommerce or product marketing.
