Database Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a specialist to join the Database Marketing team based in Malta to assist managers with the execution and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple outbound channels.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Our team is implementing highly targeted and personalized campaigns, and we aim to be the players' champion, wherever they play.

You will:

• Implement marketing campaigns using HCL Unica Campaign tool or Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring delivery is accurate and on time.

• Request and perform quality control activities to ensure the campaigns are properly delivered.

• Ensure that any issues are identified and escalated on time.

• Collaborate in an agile manner with the Promotional and Commercial Teams to execute high-performing campaigns.

• Provide feedback to improve the existing processes.

Who we’re looking for!

A motivated Database Marketing Specialist with previous experience in executing marketing campaigns.

Your experience will include the following:

• Marketing automation or data manipulation expertise.

• Familiarity with marketing data segmentation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across multiple departments and with a variety of stakeholders

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, or data-related field .

• Experience with HCL Unica Campaign or Adobe Experience Platform or other CRM systems.

• Knowledge of SQL language.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence software.

• Previous experience within the gaming sector.
