The role: Senior Online Media Executive
We are looking for a Senior Online Media Executive to join our digital team in Dublin. This person will play a key role in delivering all major brand campaigns in the digital space, while also using online media as a key channel for direct acquisition for the business ensuring commercial and campaign demands of the business are met.
The senior status within the team means the candidate will be a key point of contact with numerous teams within the wider marketing and commercial functions, as well as coaching other team members on issues and Online Media best practices.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

The responsibilities of the role: In your position you'll run large Online media campaigns in Brazil.

Campaign Execution: Understanding the target audience and building campaigns which will deliver strong results across both brand and acquisition. Ensure best practices and quality assessment protocols are followed in every campaign.

Media Partner management: Building relationships with key media vendors, evaluating and negotiating placement opportunities with media partners that fulfil brand goals and profit targets for new customer acquisition.

Media Agency management: Work alongside our media agencies in each region to develop and optimize our brand campaigns

Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through Paid Social and Display campaigns.

Campaign Analysis and optimisation: Responsible for managing and optimizing the online media campaigns to ensure we are delivering positive return on investment and making spend decisions based on performance.

Testing: Formulating digital testing plans to improve current campaigns and managing end to end testing processes

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Consistently Supervising the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and third-party data sources.
Who we’re looking for

Fluent Portuguese speaker is a bonus but not a necessity.

Experience working in a campaign management capacity in digital advertising/marketing and/or Direct Response Marketing with a focus on digital.

Someone who is enthusiastic about learning and developing and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Can work very well autonomously as well as being a team player.

Good at analysing online issues and opportunities as well as providing and implementing recommendations to improve campaigns.

Experience owning relationships with multiple media partners and/or agencies. Must have good knowledge and experience across social media platforms, display advertising (direct/programmatic), ad-servers, ad-tracking, direct response marketing.

Strong analytical / reporting skills with the ability to make data-justified business decisions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the business.
