The Role:  Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sofia!

You will play a key part in the development and delivery of Responsible Gaming feature flows making sure our players have an easy access to all of the self-restricting limits we are providing them with.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

You’ll become part of the Player Account Management tribe where you will be working in agile fashion in a newly created team with the latest technologies and projects in the tribe.

As part of the Responsible Gaming team you will support on maintaining features related to the user’s ability to set and control all kind of limits that aim to prevent them of being irresponsible during their betting. Team contribution is having big impact over user experience and company compliance.

Why we need you:

  • Design test case scenarios based on developer input, technical and business
    requirements documentation.

  • Execute the agreed set of test cases and document testing results

  • Identify defects, minimize steps to replicate bugs and log concise, accurate
    details into a defect tracking tool

  • Retest fixed issues to assure bug is verified as fixed

  • Work closely with web, mobile and desktop development teams to reproduce, prioritise and monitor defects

  • Gather test requirements from product, developers and documentation and estimate work effort

  • Balance multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Mentor junior members of the team and suggest/implement improvements into the onboarding process

  • Complete tasks on time according to release schedules

  • Be a part of a fast-paced environment with initiative and innovative thinking

  • Effectively collaborate with the engineering team and can create written reports showing errors and testing plans

Who we're looking for:

You'll be able to autonomously analyse requirements and product input and provide accurate estimates, create and execute test cases, balance multiple tasks and priorities, lead conversation with product, developers and cross team members.

Your experience:

Familiarity of QA workflows, web, mobile and desktop testing, and agile methodologies (knowledge of SDLC and STLC)

  • 3+ years of software testing experience

  • Experienced with Web and Native Applications testing, and cross-browser testing on Windows 7/8/10 OS, MAC and mobile devices

  • Experienced with mobile applications testing on iOS and Android platforms

  • Experienced with desktop applications on WIN and MAC

  • Extensive Knowledge of testing methodologies and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle

  • Able to find the steps that will reproduce the defect and write clearly and accurately by using bug tracking software (JIRA)

  • Strong communication skills (including effective communication with remote teams)

  • Team player and able to work independent on assigned task

  • Excellent planning and time organizing

  • Superb attention to detail

  • Tolerance to repetitive and tedious tasks

  • Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure and communications

  • Extensively worked on different types of testing like functional, sanity, smoke, regression, localization, etc.

  • Outstanding troubleshooting and logical analysis capabilities

  • Ability to use problem-solving skills to find bugs and create fixes for them
