The role: Employer Branding Intern (6 month FTC)
We are looking for an Employer branding Intern to join our global Talent Acquisition and Branding team for a 6-month period, where you will help in working on our global and local employer brand presence. This role is to be based in our Bulgaria office.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

You will have responsibility for:

Assisting in the development and execution of employer branding strategies and initiatives;

Support the planning and execution of employer brand events and campaigns;

Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding;

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives;

Manage social media channels and content creation for employer branding purposes;

Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding materials such as job descriptions, career pages, and recruitment marketing collateral;

Participate in employer branding meetings and contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions;
