The role: Senior FP&A Analyst, Performance and Planning
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a key member of the Flutter International FP&A team with full oversight of the divisional P&L for a >£2bn revenue per annum business.

You will liaise with colleagues across functions and brands to understand and challenge key P&L drivers, & during budgeting and forecasting cycles you will be expected to drive timeliness and accuracy of forecast uploads.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, Performance & Planning you will enhance internal reporting capabilities by building ad-hoc reports / models and perform ad-hoc analysis on the business such as sensitivities, scenario modelling and cashflow analysis.
Why we need you:
As Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the following in respect of the Flutter International division:

Annual planning process including annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-term plan

Data input / extraction and validation of budgets and forecasts across the brand portfolio

Production and ownership of version control reports in forecasting & budgeting cycles
-
Responsible for driving financial projects through key milestones via monitoring and communication with stakeholders

Drive consistency and timeliness in consolidated forecasting and planning cycles

Scenario analysis through consideration of risks and opportunities facing the division

Provide timely and accurate P&Ls, tables, charts, etc for monthly performance reporting

Identify and drive efficiencies in processes, automating and simplifying existing processes through use of BI tools such as Power BI
-
Cultivate close working relationship with the other Finance team members
Who are we looking for:

Financial Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Logical and methodical and with ability and willingness to learn and progress

Knowledge of budget and forecasting tools advantageous but not essential

Interested in continuously improving processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy
The ideal candidate will also have

Experience working with platforms such as Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, MicroStrategy and other tools
