The role : We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our IT Global Support team for 12-month period. This role is to be based in our Sofia (Bulgaria) office.

As an IT Support Intern, you will be part of our IT Global Support organization, providing top-notch enterprise technology support to our internal users. Reporting to the Tech Support Manager, you will be able to balance exceptional customer service with efficient processes to ensure a smooth experience for our team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide 1st level support and, after upping your skills, 2nd level support for Windows and Mac environments
  • Offer proactive hardware and software support, installation, and maintenance
  • Record and resolve incidents and requests raised by users
  • Maintain an inventory of end-user equipment through our Asset Management database
  • Assist with video conferencing support and administration
  • Support Office 365 and Active Directory administration

You will stand out if you have: 

  • Basic understanding of Windows and Mac platforms
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and JAMF (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Slack
  • An understanding of ITIL and customer service principles
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or a recent graduate in these fields
