The role: Reward Partner (12 month FTC)
We are looking for a Reward Partner to join our busy and dynamic Reward team on a Maternity Cover basis in our Bulgaria office.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us outstanding and spending quality time together is crucial for keeping us mission aligned.

This role reports to the Head of Reward. The role holder will establish a deep understanding of business challenges and provide guidance on the application of reward policies and processes for the International division.
We operate a centre of excellence model where Reward Partners have Country level responsibility for delivery of the reward offer to our employees.
Ideally you will have experience in Total Reward Frameworks, Employee Benefits including Share plans, Job Sizing, Market pricing & Benchmarking and Performance Related Reward in an international context. You will have specific and established knowledge of reward delivery in the Bulgarian market.

Develop a deep, trusted relationship with the senior leadership teams and HR business partners for the Countries that you support.

Understand the reward challenges and opportunities that exist now and will exist in the future.

Provide technical reward expertise (i.e. internal and external benchmarking analysis) for all day to day reward operations.

Accountable for all job evaluation and development of total reward packages.

Provide proactive analysis on all aspects of reward to the Reward Director and business leaders.

Responsible for delivering all cyclical and ad hoc reward projects.

For year end align with one of our key functions to support leaders through the salary review, bonus and general year end Reward processes, our Flutter Compensation Review.

Provide expert advice on all elements of reward to the Reward Director and business leaders

Provide analysis on compensation, bonus, equity, recognition awards, ensure fairness and equity is at the core of all awards for the Countries you are responsible for.

Responsible for completion of all salary benchmarking survey submissions and the development of internal reward structures.

Develop a robust governance structure for all reward processes in the Countries you are responsible for.

Educate the wider HR team and business leaders on reward principals, governance, policy and processes.

Accountable for the effective communication of all reward offers and activities to employees

Collaborate with the wider HR and Reward team (HR Operations / Payroll / HRBPs/ Group Reward etc.)

Contribute to reward transformation projects in the business providing knowledge and expertise to ensure successful and smooth delivery.

Demonstrable experience working in a high growth dynamic & international business

Experience of taking care of multi-jurisdiction and multi-currencies reward challenges

In depth knowledge of current Reward trends

Expertise in job evaluation, grading and the development of pay and bonus ranges

Advanced analytical capabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to deliver training and education seminars for internal Reward topics

Ability to work independently and drive tasks from conception to completion

Strong numeric ability

HR systems knowledge

A passion for the industry, and a strong sense of urgency

Experience of working with Workday reward and benefits modules is desirable

Experience of working with Benefex Benefits platform is desirable
