Talent Analytics Specialist

Flutter International is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Talent Analytics Specialist. You will play a crucial role in supporting and leading project improvements across the Talent Acquisition and Branding (TAB) function and overall Talent team, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to propel our business to its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Owning and leading all data points across Talent, ensuring accuracy and completeness; designing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards using HR Tech, Power Query, and Prism; and extracting and cleaning data as needed to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance Measurement: Analysing data to measure the efficiency of Talent initiatives and identify areas for improvement; designing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to supervise the team's progress toward strategic goals; and collaborating with the Talent team to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Leading or supporting projects related to candidate experience, hiring manager experience, process improvements, and data analysis; leading project timelines, resources, and work to ensure successful completion; and effectively presenting project progress and findings to collaborators.
  • Training and Development: Staying up to date on emerging trends and innovations in data analysis and talent acquisition; providing training and support to the Talent team on data analysis tools, techniques, and standard processes; and facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  • Systems Administration: Serving as administrator for Workday Recruiter, CRM tools, and other system integrations; running system updates and ensuring smooth integration with other HR systems; and collaborating with HR teams to implement system improvements and optimize data collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis, preferably in the HR or recruitment domain.
  • Demonstrable ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Experience with HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to lead and run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated data insights into actionable recommendations.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience in using Power Query or Prism for data extraction and analysis.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
  • Experience in training and developing others.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent management.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and innovation.
