Location: Dublin or Leeds

Overview of the role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our performance marketing team based in Dublin or Leeds.

You’ll be reporting to the Senior Performance Media Manager as part of a team of organic and paid search enthusiasts.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

You’ll frequently collaborate closely with a central technical SEO team, internal content and blog teams to ensure that SEO recommendations are fully implemented.

You’ll be responsible for defining keyword ranking targets and working to achieve those targets across international websites. Ultimately, you will be accountable by reporting on results to key stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with the Digital PR Manager, finding opportunities, driving implementation and sharing learnings of Digital PR campaigns in markets of responsibility.

You will need to be both proactive and analytical to ensure SEO is visible and prioritised across the business.

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for an experienced and analytical SEO Manager with strong communication skills. You will have a deep understanding of SEO ranking factors, algorithm updates and SEO standard methodology, including awareness of international websites optimisation techniques.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Advanced level of competence with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC and Semrush

  • Experience working with PPC teams on integrated strategies to fill gaps and find opportunities

  • An understanding of link building/digital PR and how it can improve SEO performance

  • A basic understanding of popular crawling tools like Screaming Frog and Deepcrawl

  • An expert at understanding user intent and keyword research

  • Ability to create clear well optimised content briefs and experience amending existing content to improve SEO optimisation

  • Experience conducting competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities

  • Strong analytical/excel skills and comfortable working with large sets of data

  • Comfortable reporting and presenting results to senior stakeholders

  • Passionate about SEO, follow the latest trends and stay up to date with new tools and practices

You would be at an advantage if you have the following:

  • Experience running PPC campaigns

  • A strong understanding of technical SEO and deep knowledge of crawling tools/tech

  • Previous experience in a global business operating in regulated markets
