Junglee Games Tech & Cyber GRC team drives risk management and compliance within the organization, supporting Junglee Games and its family of apps. We are looking for highly experienced leaders in compliance and security to help protect and enable Junglee Games' products and services. The Tech & Cyber GRC works as a line of defense by periodic audits against all the control owners, platform team, Security team and Engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work with team members and stakeholders to understand and identify work challenges and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impacts.
- Experience defining and building control frameworks to properly quantify the risk for various controls as per NIST 2.0.
- Lead Certifications for SOC2, ISO27001:2022
- Coordinate with Group Internal Auditors, Group Internal Control teams and internal stakeholders and facilitate Audits like ISO 27001, audits and findings closure by follow-up with respective teams.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with stakeholders.
- Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholder needs into program objectives and prioritized deliverables with minimal supervision, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
- Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported programs.
- Review key program metrics, monitor potential deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. Prepare detailed program/project plans
- Implement maturity frameworks across multiple programs, considering emerging regulations and proactive risk detection.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward shared goals.
- Establish best practices, standardized frameworks, and tools across programs and projects.
- Establish communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders, conduct planned and ad-hoc meetings to ensure project milestones are on track, communicate status updates, and share meeting minutes and regular updates.
- Identify stakeholders and their roles, keep them informed of project progress, address their concerns, and implement their feedback.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track or bring them back on track in case of delays or blockers.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in influencing a variety of audiences, including senior leadership across both technical and non-technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with the NIST framework, SOC2 Type2, ISO27001:2022
- 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, transparency reporting, and/or technology risk, including one or more domains (e.g., access management, vulnerability management, change management, business continuity, application security, asset management).
- 5+ years of experience in effectively analyzing data and programs for security risk, compliance, and maturity.
- 3+ years of program management experience in a corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CISA , CISM, CRISC certifications are desirable.
- Advanced degree and/or certification.
- Advanced program management skills, including planning, organizing, pre-empting risks/blockers, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver successful programs or projects, while operating with minimal guidance.
