Job title: Senior Technology Business Partner
Location: Leeds and multiple Flutter office locations
Overview of the role:
As part of the Internation Tech Hub function the Business Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the customers of the International Tech Hub services, which include brands such as PokerStars, Sisal, Flutter Studios, Maxbet and Adjarabet (via Singular). You will act as a trusted advisor and a single point of contact for all their service needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, reliable, and consistent services that support their business goals and objectives.
You will work closely with the senior technology leaders across Flutter International to understand their technology strategy, roadmap, and requirements, and help them leverage the best solutions from the Int Tech Hub portfolio of services. You will also capture new demand, challenge and prioritise requests, and facilitate the delivery of services by collaborating with the Int Tech Hub teams and other stakeholders. You will monitor and report on the performance and satisfaction levels of the services and identify areas for improvement and enhancement. You will also communicate proactively and effectively with the customers about the Int Tech Hub roadmaps, changes and new features, and solicit their feedback and input.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as a strong customer focus and service mindset. You will also need to have a good understanding of the technology landscape and trends in the Service Mgt, Security and Cloud Infrastructure areas. You will be expected to work autonomously and proactively, while also being a team player and a collaborative partner. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands with a passion for helping to transform.
This role is based in any Flutter International office; however, regular travel will be required.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:

Own and Manage the relationship between Int Tech Hub and its customers

Operate as the lead point of contact for the customer on all matters specific to the services provided by Int Tech Hub

Partner with Customers to support the realisation of their Technology Strategy leveraging Services provided by Hub teams

Capture new demand, challenge & understand business benefit / need and work with Hub teams to identify the most appropriate solutions

Develop and manage a customer focused “improvement plan” to ensure full benefit realisation of existing services, embedding adoption and stabilisation measures

Communicate Int Tech Hub roadmaps to customer including upcoming changes and new features

Drive a customer focused, service provider mindset and culture across Int Tech Hub teams

Report levels of performance for all services consumed by a customer against defined performance metrics and SLAs via suitable forums

Experience:

Experience of operating in a senior technology role within a fast-paced online/eCommerce organisation

Extensive experience of stakeholder management, up to and including C-suit

Experience of vendor and budget management
Skills and Capabilities

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role in a software technical organization

Experience working with various stakeholders with the ability to effectively influence decisions and collaborate across multiple teams

Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical challenges in a simple and effective manner;

Robust relationship building, leadership skills and negotiation techniques
