Overview of the role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As part of the Sportsbook Product Design team, you'll help build intuitive and engaging user experience for our Sportsbook platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product including designing user journeys, crafting user flow prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless betting experience.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
What you’ll do:

Design user-centered experiences by understanding user needs, product requirements, and feedback from internal stakeholders.

Translate ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and desktop platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.

Contribute to identifying and solving usability issues through research and heuristic evaluation.

Apply systems thinking and contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system.
What you’ll bring:

2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

Experience working on sports betting, gaming, or other real-time, data-heavy products.

Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and designing in fast-paced product teams.

Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of prototyping tools.
