Job overview
We’re looking for a Growth Executive to lead and grow our organic content and community efforts across YouTube and social media platforms . This is a fast-paced, experimentation-first role focused on building highly engaging content, nurturing loyal communities, and driving measurable growth via aggressive experiments
You’ll be working closely with content and social teams, running rapid A/B tests, iterating based on real user/community/audience behaviour, and sharing learnings across teams to scale what works with a sharp focus on both
content performance and community engagement .
Requirements

1–5 years of experience in organic growth, content marketing, or community management, ideally in gaming, media, or a consumer tech environment.

Comfortable working in fast feedback loops - test, learn, and iterate.

Strong understanding of what drives engagement and retention on YouTube, Instagram, and short-form platforms.

Analytical thinker with hands-on experience using platform-native or third-party analytics tools.
Responsibilities

Design and execute rapid growth experiments across YouTube and social (thumbnails, titles, hooks, formats, and publishing times).

Use platform analytics and A/B testing to identify winning content patterns and iterate quickly.

Continuously optimise for key metrics like organic reach, engagement, watch time, and conversion to installs or actions.

Monitor comments, feedback, and sentiment to iterate content and contribute to engagement strategies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (growth, product, design, performance marketing) to share learnings from organic content experiments.

Use tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, and other analytics platforms to monitor performance.

Track and report on organic reach, watch time, engagement rate, follower growth, retention, and in-funnel conversions

Maintain an experiment log and insights dashboard for internal visibility and learning.
