ROLE SUMMARY

The Security Project Manager is responsible for the controlled delivery of security-related initiatives, projects and workstreams

across Flutter CEE within the CIO delivery governance model.

The role ensures security initiatives are delivered with clear scope, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder

alignment, governance cadence and transparent reporting. It provides hands-on project management discipline while ensuring

that security outcomes are coordinated with technology, operations, architecture, product engineering, business and leadership

stakeholders.

The Security Project Manager works under the Head of Delivery and partners closely with IS Security, Technology Service &

Operations, Architecture, AI & Innovation, Performance Intelligence, CTO delivery teams and business stakeholders. The role

ensures security delivery is treated as managed CIO delivery work, not only as a dependency or consultation activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Security Project Delivery & Execution

Own day-to-day project management for assigned security initiatives, ensuring delivery is structured, transparent and aligned to agreed CIO priorities.
Create and maintain project plans, milestones, workstream plans, action logs, RAID, dependency maps, status reports and closure artefacts.
Ensure each initiative has clear scope, sponsor, delivery owner, accountable stakeholders, delivery approach, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes and reporting cadence.
Apply appropriate delivery methods based on initiative size, risk, complexity and delivery model, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
Challenge unclear scope, weak ownership, unrealistic timelines, missing dependencies and unmanaged risks in a constructive and professional way.

2. Security Workstream Governance

Ensure security initiatives and security workstreams follow agreed CIO delivery governance, PMO standards, reporting requirements and escalation routes.
Track security milestones, control readiness, implementation dependencies, decision points and evidence requirements through the project lifecycle.
Ensure delivery governance is practical, decision-focused and proportionate to project risk, complexity and business impact.
Maintain clear records of key decisions, approvals, exceptions, assumptions, dependencies and delivery commitments.

3. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Own stakeholder coordination for assigned security projects across IS Security, Technology Service & Operations, Architecture, CTO Product Engineering, AI Innovation Hub, Performance Intelligence, business teams, vendors and leadership stakeholders.
Maintain stakeholder maps, communication plans, meeting cadence, decision forums and escalation paths for assigned initiatives.
Provide clear, timely and audience-appropriate communication on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions required and delivery confidence.
Manage expectations proactively where scope, timing, resources, dependencies or priority sequencing changes.

4. RAID, Dependency & Escalation Management

Identify, document and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies across assigned security initiatives.
Ensure risks and blockers are assigned to clear owners, reviewed regularly and escalated before they materially affect delivery outcomes.
Escalate material delivery risks, unresolved blockers, ownership gaps, dependency conflicts, governance breaches or resource constraints to the Head of Delivery with context, impact, options and recommendation.
Maintain an integrated view of dependencies between security, infrastructure, architecture, product engineering, operations, vendors and business stakeholders.

5. Cross-Delivery Coordination

Coordinate security delivery contributions for initiatives that span CIO, CTO and Chief Strategy Officer delivery teams.
Where security is a contributor, ensure security commitments, deliverables, risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness criteria are clearly planned and represented in the lead delivery plan.
Where security or CIO is leading, manage the delivery cadence, workstream coordination, dependency control, status reporting and escalation for assigned initiatives.
Support formal intake by clarifying security scope, impact, complexity, stakeholder groups, dependencies and delivery route.

6. Operational Readiness, Transition & Closure

Ensure implementation readiness, operational acceptance, support handover, documentation, training needs and post-implementation activities are planned and tracked.
Coordinate with Technology Service & Operations, IS Security operations, vendors and support teams to ensure delivered security capabilities are supportable and sustainable.
Support project closure, KPI tracking, lessons learned, delivery retrospectives and continuous improvement actions.
Ensure residual risks, open actions, support obligations and ownership transitions are documented before closure.

7. AI-First Delivery Operations

Apply AI-first thinking to improve delivery planning, status preparation, RAID summaries, meeting outputs, action tracking, stakeholder communication and PMO knowledge management.
Use AI-supported delivery practices responsibly, maintaining accuracy, transparency, data protection, security expectations and human accountability for judgement and decisions.
Share practical improvements and lessons learned with the Head of Delivery and Delivery Forum where relevant.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, technology delivery, security delivery or transformation delivery roles.
Experience managing technology projects involving security controls, risk reduction, compliance readiness, operational readiness or cross-functional security workstreams.
Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle management, planning, RAID, dependency management, status reporting and escalation practices.
Experience operating in matrix environments where business, technology, security, operations, product, architecture and vendor teams contribute to shared outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex security and technical delivery topics into clear plans, risks, options, actions and decisions required.
Experience using delivery tooling such as AHA, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent.
Ability to challenge unclear scope, weak ownership, unmanaged risks and poor delivery discipline constructively.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, digital platforms, regulated technology or multi-market environments.
Experience delivering security-related initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, platform engineering, identity, monitoring, vulnerability, data, AI or operational readiness areas.
Experience supporting audit readiness, control implementation, evidence coordination or regulated technology delivery.
Experience managing delivery with internal teams, vendors, shared services and cross-regional dependencies.
Experience supporting formal intake models, Lean Canvas, portfolio prioritisation and initiative qualification processes.
Experience using AI-first thinking to improve delivery operations, reporting, governance, communication, knowledge management or process efficiency.

Role Overview  

As the Content Manager for PokerStars.pt, you will lead all Customer Marketing communication channels across the Portuguese platform, including website, push, email, and in product communications. 

You will be responsible for writing compelling and compliant Portuguese content and own the planning, briefing and creation of high-quality customer communications assets that drive commercial objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

What  you’ll do:  

Content Planning and Management 

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans across all customer touchpoints

Create content calendars aligned with commercial objectives and promotional activities

Ensure all content adheres to Portuguese tone of voice (TOV) and PokerStars brand guidelines

Collaborate with commercial teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Content Creation  

Lead the creation of customer-facing content in Portuguese across multiple channels, ensuring Copywriters, Studio, Website and Channel Teams are briefed correctly and have the correct assets available in accordance with SLAs

Write and edit compelling copy for emails, push notifications, website content, and in-app messaging

Develop engaging content that drives player acquisition, retention, and reactivation

Maintain content consistency across all platforms and touchpoints aligned with wider Marketing channels.

Compliance & Quality Assurance 

Ensure all content meets Portuguese regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to local regulations

Implement quality control processes for all customer communications

Stay updated on Portuguese gambling advertising regulations and guidelines

Performance & Optimization 

Monitor content performance metrics and KPIs

Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging effectiveness

Analyze customer engagement data to inform content strategies

Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaboration

Collaborate with Network, Marketing, and Commercial teams

Collaborate with design teams for visual content requirements

Coordinate with wider commercial team for campaign execution

What you’ll bring:  

Native-level Portuguese language skills with excellent written communication

Several years of content management experience, preferably in gaming/gambling industry

Gestirai l’emissione e la conversione dei ticket di gioco tramite i videoterminali, occupandoti anche dell’incasso e delle vincite.

Brief Description of the Role: Ensuring the regulatory compliance of the Adjarabet group company with the applicable internal and external regulations
Main responsibilities:

Managing regulatory compliance processes of the company;
Assessing the compliance of the company activities/documents with the applicable regulations and rendering relevant recommendations, guidelines, memos;
Developing and updating company’s policies and procedures;
Coordinating the compliance with the group policies;
Conducting regulatory research;
Advising the staff on compliance matters;
Conducting periodic trainings to the staff;
Managing compliance monitoring process;
Reporting to the company’s management on a periodic basis/upon request;
Participating in new products launch process in the company;
Drafting/reviewing (and managing the approval process from the regulatory authorities, if necessary) the terms and conditions (e.g. the terms and conditions under which the company provides services) and amendments thereto;
Managing the application process to obtain and/or renew the relevant certificates/licenses/permits;
Drafting/reviewing compliance-related correspondence (including in relation to customer complaints);
Reviewing agreements to be signed in the name of the company from the regulatory perspective and drafting relevant clauses;
Performing other duties as assigned by CLRO/Compliance Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or similar roles will be preferred.
Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Integrations Manager to oversee the delivery of third-party Games integrations across multiple products and brands, including MaxBet and Adjarabet.

In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external providers, ensuring integrations are delivered efficiently, timelines are maintained, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.

What You'll Do:

Stakeholder & Provider Management

Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and third-party providers

Role Overview

Delivery Manager is the high-level role within a tribe responsible for the cross-squad delivery management. It is analogues to Release Train Engineer (RTE) as defined in SAFe framework. Role takes charge of defining delivery scope, coordinating squads to deliver value and act as a chief Scrum Master to ensure development process is managed optimally.

This role directly manages team of Scrum Masters within a tribe, and works closely with PMO tribe, to provide centralized governance on Tribe’s SDLC and Ways of Working.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the flow of value through the cross-platform releases;
Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs);
Facilitate PI planning, tribe-wide backlog refinement, and roadmap preparation;
Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities;
Facilitate periodic synchronization events as necessary throughout development process;
Ensure that leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters follow agile practices and mindsets. Where necessary, provide support and training on organizational-wide agreed standards and practices;
Work with tribe leadership, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment;
Handle communication and collaboration with other tribes to identify risks, effectively remove impediments and resolve dependencies;
Support and collaborate with Head of Engineering of a tribe to define and track the roadmap;
Support and collaborate with Head of Engineering of a tribe to prepare quarterly reviews;
Track agile metrics for the tribe and all its squads and review them with relevant stakeholders;
Implement and manage agile SDLC process and relevant tooling across the platform to improve efficiency and maximize value;

Cosa Farai:

Entrando a far parte di un team, riporterai direttamente allo Store Associate Manager, responsabile del Matchpoint di Verona.
Gestirai l’emissione e la conversione dei ticket di gioco tramite i videoterminali, occupandoti anche dell’incasso e delle vincite.
Dovrai promuovere l’apertura dei conti gioco occupandoti della procedura di attivazione e della gestione del conto per il cliente.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our Content and Creative Services team. We deliver best-in-class design, creative and content tailored to each channel to inspire play and grow PokerStars’ audiences.

Role Overview

The Senior Commercial Planning & CVM Manager – Poker & Sports, France is responsible for driving the commercial planning, customer value management and performance agenda for the French market across Poker and Sports.

The role will translate the France commercial strategy into clear annual, quarterly and monthly plans, ensuring strong coordination across products, customer segments, promotional activity, budgets and key business priorities.

A core part of the role is to maximise customer value across the lifecycle through effective segmentation, proposition development, activation, retention, reactivation and cross-sell strategies.

Commercial Planning & Performance

Own and continuously optimise the integrated France Poker & Sports commercial plan.
Build annual, quarterly and monthly commercial plans aligned with market objectives and business priorities.

Be responsible for the France CVM approach across the full customer lifecycle.

Drive plans covering: onboarding and activation; engagement; retention; reactivation; cross-sell; customer value and LTV growth.
Develop relevant propositions, incentives and promotional mechanics by customer segment.
Translate commercial objectives into actionable customer and segment plans.
Optimise customer contact strategies, frequency and targeting.
Work closely with CRM/CVM execution teams to ensure campaigns are correctly configured and delivered.

Own and coordinate promotional planning across Poker and Sports for France.

French Market & Proposition

Act as a strong commercial reference point for the French Poker and Sports market .
Maintain detailed knowledge of French customer behaviours, market dynamics and competitive activity.
Identify local customer expectations and proposition gaps.
Ensure commercial initiatives and customer propositions are relevant to French customers.
Partner closely with Poker, Sportsbook and Trading teams to identify proposition and growth opportunities.
Support the localisation and optimisation of Poker and Sports propositions for the French market.
Ensure local market requirements are reflected in commercial planning and execution.

Migration & Operational Readiness

During the platform migration period, provide hands-on commercial and CVM support to ensure readiness for France.

Responsibilities include:

Participate in pilot, UAT and operational readiness activities.
Test key commercial and customer journeys, including: registration; deposits; promotions; bonuses; customer communications; Poker gameplay; Sports betting journeys.
Verify that campaigns, customer segments, promotions and reporting are correctly configured.
Raise commercial or customer-impacting bugs and issues identified during testing.
Follow issues through resolution and perform retesting where required.

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Content Senior Specialist to own and optimise customer-facing digital content across PokerStars France, covering Poker and Sports.

The role sits at the intersection of Content, Customer Experience, Commercial and CVM, ensuring that content across the website, app, landing pages and promotional journeys is accurate, engaging, locally relevant and aligned with France commercial priorities.

This is a highly hands-on role, combining content execution, customer journey optimisation, performance analysis and operational support.

During the platform migration period, the role will also contribute to testing customer-facing journeys, identifying content-related issues and validating fixes ahead of launch.

What you’ll do:

Content Management & Digital Publishing

Own day-to-day content execution across PokerStars France website, app, landing pages and promotional environments.
Create, update, schedule and maintain customer-facing content through the CMS.
Manage the publishing calendar across Poker and Sports.
Build and maintain landing pages, banners and promotional content.
Ensure content, links, assets, copy and calls-to-action are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate urgent and real-time content updates around major Poker tournaments, sporting events and commercial campaigns.
Maintain PokerStars’ tone of voice and ensure a consistent French customer experience.

Poker & Sports Content

Manage and maintain customer-facing Poker and Sports content for the French market.
Support Sportsbook content execution and localisation, ensuring sporting events and competitions are clearly presented to French customers.
Support Poker content around tournaments, promotions and key product initiatives.
Ensure consistency between onsite content and wider commercial campaigns.

Customer Journey & Experience

Review key customer journeys across website and app and identify friction points or inconsistencies.
Analyse journeys including registration, onboarding, deposits, promotions, Poker participation and Sports betting.
Work closely with Commercial, CVM and Customer Operations teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Find opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and content consumption.
Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise customer journeys and content performance.

Content Performance

Monitor customer behaviour and content performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Analyse engagement, promotional interaction, conversion and customer drop-off points.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for Content, Commercial and CVM teams.
Support post-campaign and post-event reviews.
Continuously optimise content placement and customer journeys based on performance insights.

Platform Migration & Operational Readiness

During the France platform migration period, the role will provide hands-on Content and Customer Experience support.

Responsibilities include:

Support UAT, pilot and launch-readiness activities.
Test customer-facing content and key customer journeys across web and app.
Verify French localisation, promotional content, landing pages, banners, links and visual assets.
Identify content and customer experience defects.
Raise and track issues through the appropriate support tools.
Retest fixes and confirm successful resolution from a business and customer perspective.
Support launch-readiness checks and post-launch monitoring.

The role supports customer-facing readiness and is not responsible for technical migration programme delivery.

Collaboration

Work closely with: France Commercial; CVM and CRM; Poker and Sports; Customer Operations; Product and Technology; Analytics; Design and Brand.

Ensure clear coordination across content delivery, campaigns, customer journeys and issue resolution.

Core Tools

The successful candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the key tools supporting the role, particularly:

CMS – website, app and landing-page content management.
Redax – Sportsbook content management.
Figma – visual asset review and coordination.
Adobe Analytics / Qlik – content and customer journey performance analysis.
Jira / ServiceNow – issue management, testing and defect tracking.

Experience with additional CVM or customer engagement platforms is advantageous but not essential.

Native-level French is required, with strong professional English.
Proven experience managing digital content through a CMS.

Role Overview

The Scrum Master is a role responsible for ensuring the squad lives Agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the wider tribe agreed to use. Il tuo ruolo

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with experience in Node.js and PHP (Laravel) to join our team. You will work on building and maintaining scalable backend applications and services, contributing to a robust and high-performance infrastructure that powers a seamless user experience across our platforms.

You will develop backend services in Node.js and support/improve existing PHP/Laravel (Nova) systems as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, participate in technical discussions, and help evolve our backend architecture and best practices. You will own the performance and stability of mobile backend services: ensure all APIs operate efficiently, proactively identify and resolve issues, drive rapid incident resolution, and be accountable for service reliability, uptime, and seamless integration with mobile applications.

What you’ll do:  

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and PHP/Laravel (Nova).

Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and secure backend solutions

Participate in technical design discussions and continuously improve backend architecture and performance

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations, including real-time features (e.g., WebSockets) when needed

Integrate with databases (SQL and NoSQL), message brokers, third-party services, and external APIs

Write clean, reusable, and testable code, Unit tests and help maintain high standards for code quality through reviews

Debug and optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security

Maintain technical documentation and API guidelines

Perform related duties as assigned

What you’ll bring: 

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on in backend development

2+ years of backend experience in either Node.js (typescript) or PHP (Laravel; Laravel is a plus)

Solid experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs (SOAP exposure is a plus).

Strong grasp of backend architecture, scalability, microservices, and API security best practices

Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab); familiarity with Agile processes

Experience with testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) using tools such as Jest, Mocha, Supertest, or equivalents

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS; GCP/Azure also valued)

Knowledge:

Deep expertise in Node.js + TypeScript (Nest.js a plus) or strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel ecosystem). Both is ideal

Experience optimizing backends for scalability, maintainability, and performance

Good grasp of microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing (queues; Kafka/RabbitMQ)

Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect)

Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases

Proficient with Git and collaborative Git-based workflows. Experience with monorepo setups is a plus

Understanding of security principles for web and API development (e.g., OWASP Top Ten)

Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus

What you’ll do:

As a Bot Specialist, you will be primarily focusing on enforcing PokerStars’ policies and game rules to identify and combat the use of prohibited software, artificial intelligence and other forms of unfair advantage to ensure a level and trusted playing field to all our customers.

Investigatory work

You will handle, investigate and act on cases of prohibited tool usage on any of PokerStars’ many platforms.

You will use our dedicated tools to gather data and analyse it to assist in your case conclusions.

You will present your findings to your colleagues and managers and action as per the consensus.

You will assist your colleagues with their cases, providing valuable feedback so cases can be resolved in a timely manner.

Project work

You will present the results of your project work to relevant stakeholders though data-driven reports and/or data visualisation.

Additional duties

Occasionally, you will be asked to handle various other Game Integrity queries while communicating effectively with external customers and cross-department teams and presenting your results to technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll bring:

· Experience playing online poker and have some experience using the most common third party assistance tools.

· An excellent understanding of poker strategy and game theory.

· A full understanding of and be passionate about fighting for the good of the poker playing community.

· A solid understanding of mathematics, specifically statistics, and be comfortable managing large amounts of data. Experience with Excel functions and writing queries would help.

· An excellent attention to detail to be able to identify suspicious patterns while remaining objective and fair in interpretations and conclusions.

· You will need to be able to convey complex principles in concise written and verbal form to external and internal customers, pitched at the correct level of detail.

· You'll need to have an excellent level of written and verbal English.

Overview of the Role

Overview of the Role:
As a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, automating and optimizing customer communications for Private Offers across direct and onsite channels. You’ll work closely with CRM, Private Offers, Analytics, Product, Design, Legal and other teams to ensure every communication is relevant, accurate, timely and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.

Coordinate and launch Private Offers communications across SMS, email, push notifications and other direct channels

Prepare, adapt and proofread customer-facing copy in line with brand, legal and channel requirements
Build, schedule and manage campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms

Support the setup and continuous optimization of automated customer journeys
Define customer segments and communication logic together with CRM, Analytics and business stakeholders
Monitor campaign delivery and performance, including reach, open rate, click rate, conversion and other relevant KPIs

Run A/B tests across copy, timing, audiences and channels to improve campaign effectiveness

The Incident Analyst is responsible for leading the resolution of incidents affecting customer services across a wide range of Flutter brands. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with a variety of products and services, to undertake analysis, facilitate and co-ordinate the necessary activities for customer incidents to be resolved/completed with minimal impact to SLAs, which may range from straightforward to more complex technical requirements, including post incident follow-up activities.

Your contribution will have a direct impact to the internal customer experience as well as the public interface for incident management. You will be in a position where to building strong relationships with stakeholders and constantly seeking customer feedback to ensure adequate service levels.

What You'll Do:

· End to end ownership of incidents with potential or actual business impact.

· Ensure that normal service operations are restored as quickly as possible whilst meeting the required service levels (SLAs).

· Own and manage the progress of customer incidents within Operations, clearly recognizing the customer issue and driving to resolution.

· Review and revise processes, policies and procedures on a regular basis to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Production Operations Desk

· Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and experience during any engagements with all departments (internal or external).

· Understanding and familiarity with Customers’ services and solutions.

· Provide feedback to appropriate Line Manager on how Incident Management, the Service Desk and supporting functions can improve.

· Actively participate as required in meetings (customer, 3rd party, internal).

· Support the Line Manager / Department Manager, undertaking ad hoc/delegated tasks of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.

What You'll Bring:

· Customer-focused with previous proven experience working in a customer-facing role.

· ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage

· Excellent communication skills at all levels, with an ability to convey complex problems and to translate technical language into user-friendly information.

· Eagerness to work in and as a team to solve incidents

· Experience with the Atlassian Tech Stack, mainly JIRA and Confluence and/or other CRM tools

· Highly motivated, pragmatic and energetic team member, positive, determined and driven with a can-do attitude.

· Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of IT Service Management process frameworks.

· Technical background with a broad understanding of the majority of the following: Firewall and VPN technologies, TCP/IP routing, Network connectivity, Domain Names, and DNS Management, Web and Mobile services, Cloud Hosting, VMware, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.
