Cosa Farai:

Entrando a far parte di un team, riporterai direttamente allo Store Associate Manager, responsabile del Matchpoint di Trento Maffei.
Gestirai l’emissione e la conversione dei ticket di gioco tramite i videoterminali, occupandoti anche dell’incasso e delle vincite.
Dovrai promuovere l’apertura dei conti gioco occupandoti della procedura di attivazione e della gestione del conto per il cliente.
Ti occuperai della gestione delle macchine da gioco VLT (Videolotteries) e AWP (Amusement with Prize) e fornirai assistenza e supporto alla clientela.
Informerai i nostri clienti su nuovi prodotti, promozioni, eventi e sulle diverse modalità di gioco.
Richiederai la documentazione necessaria per le procedure di antiriciclaggio e anticorruzione, quando richiesto, e monitorerai eventi critici e situazioni non in linea con le normative, in conformità alle regole del Gioco Responsabile.
Darai supporto alle attività amministrative e di rendicontazione, supportando lo Store Associate Manager e il resto del team.

Hai maturato precedenti esperienze a contatto diretto con il pubblico, nella vendita e nella gestione cassa.

The CEE Technology Risk & Assurance Officer reports directly to the Technology GRC Director and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework across Flutter CEE brands and entities, including Adjarabet and MaxBet. The role provides independent second-line oversight by performing technology and cybersecurity risk assessments, control assurance activities, governance reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.

The position evaluates the effectiveness of technology controls, supports alignment with Group standards and regulatory requirements, and provides risk-based recommendations to first-line technology teams. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of GRC processes, governance, and assurance practices, helping strengthen the organization's technology risk management, compliance, and operational resilience.

What You'll Do:

Provide oversight of technology and cyber risk management activities, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of technology and cyber controls and processes.
Monitor the adequacy of risk management and compliance practices through periodic assessments, control testing in line with assurance plans.
Support first-line technology and cyber teams identifying, assessing, and managing technology and cyber risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Review technology policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure first-line activities are aligned with group minimum standards and best practices.
Conduct the organization's assessments in compliance with applicable technology regulations and industry standards (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIS2, PCI DSS) by collecting evidence, performing evaluations, and reporting findings to the Technology GRC Director
Report to Technology GRC Director on the security and technology risk posture, highlighting key risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct data maturity assessments to support overall data management practices.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in technology governance, risk management, and compliance. Strong background in Technology and Cyber risk management practices, cybersecurity control assurance.
Deep understanding of technology risk management frameworks and industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIS2, GDPR, PCI DSS, COBIT.
Experience conducting technology and information security assessments independently, including evaluating controls, identifying risks and control deficiencies, and preparing high-quality assessment reports and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
Experience developing and/or reviewing technology and information security related documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines, etc.)
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001/27002 Lead Auditor/Implementer are highly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

Must

2–4 years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent product role experience , with demonstrable ownership of features through the full delivery lifecycle - from discovery through post-launch.

Solid experience managing and prioritising a product backlog , working closely with the Product Manager and development teams to deliver value incrementally.

Solid experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) , including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and defining well-structured acceptance criteria, ensuring development teams and stakeholders have a shared understanding of requirements and intended outcomes.

Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams , including engineering, data, product design, business analysis, marketing, and operations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, make informed trade-offs, and drive resolution across both product development and live operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and accessible way for non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable but Not Required

A solid understanding of backend systems , including architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices.

Prior experience in the gambling, betting, gaming, or sportsbook industry will be considered a plus.

What success looks like in this role

Within the first 6 months, you will have led the delivery of at least one product initiative as the primary Product Owner, with PM oversight - produced high-quality specifications that required minimal rework, and demonstrated consistent, proactive communication with your team and stakeholders.

Overview of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Product Owner to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our Sportsbook back-end platform. You will be the primary product authority for your domain - defining the vision, setting priorities, and driving outcomes across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. What You'll Do:

Own the product roadmap for the Sportsbook back-end domain end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimisation - with full accountability for outcomes and KPIs.
Define and drive product vision for your domain , aligning engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership around a clear and compelling direction.
Lead product discovery independently , including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, scoping, and solution design in collaboration with engineering, data, and design teams.
Own and maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog , making autonomous prioritisation decisions based on business value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
Author high-quality product specifications - detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, edge case handling, and visual aids (wireframes, flowcharts, sequence diagrams) - ensuring development teams have everything they need to deliver.
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, compliance and external partners, acting as the single point of accountability for your product area.
Define and track success metrics for all initiatives, owning the measurement framework and iterating based on data and live product performance.
Oversee UAT and release readiness , setting quality standards and ensuring new features meet functional, regulatory, and performance expectations before launch.

What You'll Bring:

Must

5+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience , with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity owning a product domain independently.
Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and delivering measurable business outcomes - not just managing a backlog, but driving strategy and results.
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency management in fast-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills , including experience influencing senior leadership, aligning cross-functional teams, and navigating competing priorities.

The Security Project Manager is responsible for the controlled delivery of security-related initiatives, projects and workstreams across Flutter CEE within the CIO delivery governance model.

The role ensures security initiatives are delivered with clear scope, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence and transparent reporting. It provides hands-on project management discipline while ensuring that security outcomes are coordinated with technology, operations, architecture, product engineering, business and leadership stakeholders.

The Security Project Manager works under the Head of Delivery and partners closely with IS Security, Technology Service & Operations, Architecture, AI & Innovation, Performance Intelligence, CTO delivery teams and business stakeholders. The role ensures security delivery is treated as managed CIO delivery work, not only as a dependency or consultation activity.

The role is accountable for project execution control for assigned security initiatives. It is not accountable for final security policy ownership, security risk acceptance, architecture standards, budget governance or technical implementation ownership; those areas remain with the relevant accountable functions.

Material delivery risks, unresolved dependencies, scope conflicts, governance exceptions, resource gaps or delivery blockers are escalated to the Head of Delivery as the first formal escalation path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Project Delivery & Execution

Own day-to-day project management for assigned security initiatives, ensuring delivery is structured, transparent and aligned to agreed CIO priorities.
Create and maintain project plans, milestones, workstream plans, action logs, RAID, dependency maps, status reports and closure artefacts.
Ensure each initiative has clear scope, sponsor, delivery owner, accountable stakeholders, delivery approach, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes and reporting cadence.
Apply appropriate delivery methods based on initiative size, risk, complexity and delivery model, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.

Security Workstream Governance

Ensure security initiatives and security workstreams follow agreed CIO delivery governance, PMO standards, reporting requirements and escalation routes.

Ensure delivery governance is practical, decision-focused and proportionate to project risk, complexity and business impact.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Strong grasp of backend architecture, scalability, microservices, and API security best practices

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab); familiarity with Agile processes

Knowledge:

Entrando a far parte di un team, riporterai direttamente allo Store Associate Manager, responsabile del Matchpoint di Bolzano Resia.
Gestirai l’emissione e la conversione dei ticket di gioco tramite i videoterminali, occupandoti anche dell’incasso e delle vincite.
Dovrai promuovere l’apertura dei conti gioco occupandoti della procedura di attivazione e della gestione del conto per il cliente.
Ti occuperai della gestione delle macchine da gioco VLT (Videolotteries) e AWP (Amusement with Prize) e fornirai assistenza e supporto alla clientela.
Informerai i nostri clienti su nuovi prodotti, promozioni, eventi e sulle diverse modalità di gioco.
Richiederai la documentazione necessaria per le procedure di antiriciclaggio e anticorruzione, quando richiesto, e monitorerai eventi critici e situazioni non in linea con le normative, in conformità alle regole del Gioco Responsabile.
Darai supporto alle attività amministrative e di rendicontazione, supportando lo Store Associate Manager e il resto del team.
