Role Overview  

As the Content Manager for PokerStars.pt, you will lead all Customer Marketing communication channels across the Portuguese platform, including website, push, email, and in product communications. 

You will be responsible for writing compelling and compliant Portuguese content and own the planning, briefing and creation of high-quality customer communications assets that drive commercial objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

What  you’ll do:  

Content Planning and Management 

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans across all customer touchpoints

Create content calendars aligned with commercial objectives and promotional activities

Ensure all content adheres to Portuguese tone of voice (TOV) and PokerStars brand guidelines

Collaborate with commercial teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Content Creation  

Lead the creation of customer-facing content in Portuguese across multiple channels, ensuring Copywriters, Studio, Website and Channel Teams are briefed correctly and have the correct assets available in accordance with SLAs

Write and edit compelling copy for emails, push notifications, website content, and in-app messaging

Develop engaging content that drives player acquisition, retention, and reactivation

Maintain content consistency across all platforms and touchpoints aligned with wider Marketing channels.

Compliance & Quality Assurance 

Ensure all content meets Portuguese regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to local regulations

Implement quality control processes for all customer communications

Stay updated on Portuguese gambling advertising regulations and guidelines

Performance & Optimization 

Monitor content performance metrics and KPIs

Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging effectiveness

Analyze customer engagement data to inform content strategies

Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaboration

Collaborate with Network, Marketing, and Commercial teams

Collaborate with design teams for visual content requirements

Coordinate with wider commercial team for campaign execution

What you’ll bring:  

Native-level Portuguese language skills with excellent written communication

3-5 years of content management experience, preferably in gaming/gambling industry

Proven track record in multi-channel content creation

Strong understanding of Portuguese market and cultural nuances

 Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools

Knowledge of Portuguese gambling regulations and responsible gaming requirements

Desirable 

Experience with PokerStars or similar iGaming brands

Understanding of poker

Senior Manager, Financial Crime

As Senior Financial Crime Manager and Deputy MLRO within the Financial Crime Team, you will work with and lend expert guidance to the Financial Crime Managers in the receipt, review and reporting of Suspicious Activity alongside the wider financial crime team and report directly to the existing Senior Financial Crime Manager. You will hold DMLRO responsibilities on assigned licenses across the business with potential to hold MLRO responsibilities directly.

You will have extensive experience in an AML CFT environment and will be used to working in a fast paced environment able to make decisions in isolation and work well as part of a team.

Why we need you

You will be required to monitor jurisdictional AML/CFT Legislation, Rules and Regulatory guidance to ensure the ongoing compliance of the International Divisions AML/CFT control framework and procedures and play a key role both in support and leading on required development projects.

Key Responsibilities include :

· Oversight of the financial crime management team including potential for direct line manager responsibilities

· Undertaking Deputy MLRO responsibilities for multiple licences held including regulatory correspondence, review and submission of suspicious activity reports and responses to law enforcement requests

· Understanding the reporting obligations and legal requirements in assigned jurisdictions to ensure submission of high-quality SARs, including liaising with the Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) or equivalent bodies in those jurisdictions

· Ensuring all documented controls / procedures remain up to date and relevant for regulatory scrutiny and internal application.

· Application of the legislation provisions, reporting obligations, proscribed reporting format and responsible authorities, across all jurisdictions for SAR reporting

· Assist with the assessment and management of ML / TF risk posed by products and services offered in key jurisdictions.

· Lend research support to ML/TF law, obligations and practicalities of reporting suspicions as new jurisdictions are added to the license portfolio

· Work with various stakeholders across the business on technical development projects where AML/CFT factors are required

· Assist with the design and delivery of compulsory annual AML/CFT training

· Provide research and intelligence support in relation to; AML/CFT, Sanctions, Bribery & Corruption, Probity and Due-Diligence matters

· Stakeholder management both internally and externally providing support to the Head of Department on projects, regulatory inspections and audits and taking the lead on projects as required

· Engagement with the wider business across multiple brands in various jurisdictions providing support and advisory services supporting statements and input with knowledge

· Production of content and presentation of the same to senior leaders in the business including representation at Board meetings and other governance forums

Who we’re looking for

Skills:

· +10 years’ experience in an MLRO/DMLRO position in a regulated entity ideally with experience dealing with International regulators and law enforcement agencies

· Line manager experience

· An appreciation of cross jurisdictional organised crime activity, and the transactional typologies of terrorist financing

· Able to review, interpret communicate and apply AML/CFT legal requirements in a commercial fashion

· Well organised, able to plan and prioritise work tasks and work in a very fast paced environment

· Attention to detail, and excellent record keeper

· Ability to deliver high quality work under internal volume and external deadline pressures

· Confident in learning new IT systems / application and use of software

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Strategy Execution Planning & Roadmap Control

Translate AI strategic priorities into a clear, sequenced and measurable AI Program roadmap across CIO and relevant cross-delivery initiatives.
Work with the Head of Delivery, Associate Director of Architecture, Strategy & Delivery, AI & Innovation Hub Director and CIO to align AI initiatives to CIO strategy, business value, technical feasibility, funding visibility and delivery capacity.
Ensure AI initiatives have defined outcomes, accountable owners, delivery route, roadmap milestones, value hypothesis, readiness criteria and governance checkpoints.
Maintain an integrated view of AI strategy execution, including active initiatives, candidate initiatives, experiments, scale opportunities, dependencies, risks, decisions and benefits.
Surface gaps, duplication, priority conflicts, capacity constraints or governance issues that could prevent AI strategy from moving into controlled delivery.

AI Program Governance & Execution Control

Own delivery governance for AI Programs and AI-related initiatives, ensuring execution is structured, transparent and aligned to agreed CIO and enterprise priorities.
Ensure each AI Program has clear scope, sponsor, product or business owner, delivery owner, architecture owner, security owner, data owner, milestones, RAID, dependency map, reporting cadence and closure criteria.
Maintain delivery control across AI Programs by ensuring plans, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions are current and actively managed.
Challenge unclear scope, weak ownership, unrealistic benefits, missing controls, unmanaged dependencies, unclear operating model or poor delivery discipline.
Escalate delivery blockers, governance exceptions, unresolved decisions, risk acceptance needs or cross-direction conflicts before they materially affect outcomes.

Holistic AI Portfolio Visibility

Maintain a single, trusted view of AI initiatives across CIO and relevant cross-functional portfolios, covering status, health, value, risk, dependencies, funding implications, governance stage and delivery confidence.
Provide decision-grade reporting for the Head of Delivery, Associate Director of Architecture, Strategy & Delivery, CIO leadership and relevant governance forums.
Ensure AI initiatives are represented consistently in portfolio tooling and reporting mechanisms, including initiative taxonomy, ownership, status, milestones, RAID and benefits information.
Create visibility of AI experiments, pilots, scaling candidates and productionised solutions so leadership can distinguish between exploration, delivery and run-state obligations.
Use portfolio insight to support prioritisation, sequencing, escalation and investment conversations.

AI Intake, Qualification & Prioritisation Support

Coordinate the formal intake and qualification of AI ideas, use cases and initiatives, ensuring minimum information is captured before delivery commitments are made.
Ensure intake considers strategic fit, business value, user impact, data availability, security and compliance implications, architecture fit, operational readiness, funding needs and delivery capacity.
Work with AI & Innovation Hub, Architecture, IS Security, Performance Intelligence, TSO, CTO and CSO stakeholders to shape AI initiatives into deliverable options.
Help separate experimentation, pilot, scaled delivery and operational change so governance is proportionate to risk, value and complexity.
Support prioritisation discussions with clear evidence, options, assumptions, dependencies and trade-offs.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Escalation

Own stakeholder coordination for AI Programs across CIO, CTO, Chief Strategy Officer direction, AI & Innovation Hub, IS Security, Architecture, Technology Service & Operations, Performance Intelligence, Finance and business stakeholders.
Establish stakeholder maps, governance forums, communication routes, decision logs and escalation paths for material AI initiatives.
Ensure stakeholders have transparent visibility of Program progress, risks, dependencies, controls, decisions required, value assumptions and readiness impacts.
Manage expectations proactively where scope, timing, funding, data readiness, security requirements, architecture decisions, vendor dependencies or business adoption plans change.
Ensure escalations include clear context, impact, options, recommendation, decision owner and required timing.

Architecture, Security, Data & Operational Readiness Coordination

Ensure AI Programs are routed through appropriate architecture governance, security review, privacy and compliance checks, data readiness assessment and operational readiness planning.
Coordinate with Architecture and IS Security so secure-by-design, resilient-by-design, scalable-by-design and operable-by-design principles are considered early in AI delivery.
Track architecture decisions, security actions, compliance evidence, risk acceptance items, data dependencies, service transition requirements and support model readiness.
Ensure AI solutions have clear ownership for monitoring, support, access management, incident response, change control, performance tracking and lifecycle management where applicable.
Escalate unresolved architecture, security, data or service readiness issues that could block or weaken AI delivery outcomes.

Experimentation-to-Scale & Benefits Realisation

Coordinate the pathway from AI idea or proof of concept to pilot, scaled delivery and supportable operational solution where value is proven.
Ensure scaling decisions are supported by evidence of value, feasibility, risk, cost, adoption readiness, operational impact and ownership.
Define and track expected benefits, adoption indicators, operational improvements, quality metrics and realised outcomes for AI Programs.
Coordinate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future AI delivery, governance and adoption practices.
Ensure AI initiatives are closed or transitioned with clear ownership, documentation, support model, benefit tracking and follow-up actions.

AI-Enabled Program Operations

Use AI to improve Program planning, reporting, action tracking, meeting summaries, RAID analysis, dependency mapping, stakeholder communication and knowledge management.
Build reusable AI-enabled templates, prompts and ways of working for AI Program governance, while ensuring outputs are checked, contextualised and owned by people.
Challenge manual, repetitive or low-value Program activities through an AI-first improvement lens.
Promote responsible AI use across Program routines: AI improves speed and quality, while judgement, ownership and final decisions remain with people.
Share practical improvements, lessons learned and reusable patterns with ASD, Delivery Forum and relevant AI governance communities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Strong experience in Program management, transformation delivery, technology delivery, PMO governance or complex cross-functional delivery roles.

The FinOps role sits within Architecture, Strategy & Delivery (ASD) and is accountable for establishing, operating and continuously improving a disciplined AWS FinOps capability at Flutter CEE organisation level. The role provides holistic visibility over AWS spend, usage, forecasts, cost drivers, optimisation opportunities, ownership gaps and financial risks across all Flutter CEE AWS platforms, accounts, services, workloads and initiatives.

The role translates Flutter CEE strategy, CIO priorities, AWS platform usage patterns and delivery roadmaps into a practical FinOps operating model that gives CIO, CTO, CSO, Finance and technology stakeholders trusted cost insight, clear decision points and measurable optimisation actions.

The FinOps role acts as the coordination owner for AWS cost governance across Flutter CEE, operating through ASD while partnering with Technology Service & Operations, IS Security, AI & Innovation Hub, Performance Intelligence, CTO Product Engineering, CSO/business stakeholders, Finance and Procurement where AWS consumption, cloud architecture or platform decisions affect financial control.

The role owns the FinOps cadence, cost visibility model, showback and allocation approach, optimisation pipeline, forecast insight, consumption governance and reporting discipline required to connect AWS spend to strategy, architecture, delivery and budget decisions across Flutter CEE.

This role does not own final enterprise strategy, final budget approvals, AWS platform engineering, architecture standards, product engineering delivery or procurement contract authority. It provides the FinOps leadership, financial insight, governance discipline and stakeholder coordination needed so those decisions are made with timely, trusted and actionable AWS cost intelligence.

What You'll Do:

AWS Cost Visibility, Reporting & Insight

• Own the creation of trusted AWS cost visibility across accounts, services, platforms, teams, products, markets, environments and initiatives across Flutter CEE where data is available.

• Define and maintain FinOps reporting standards, cost KPIs, dashboards, executive summaries, trend analysis, anomaly reporting and decision-oriented views.

• Ensure AWS spend reporting explains cost drivers, forecast movement, variance causes, optimization actions, ownership gaps and decisions required.

Use AI-enabled analysis where appropriate to improve cost summaries, anomaly detection, reporting preparation and stakeholder communication while keeping human judgement and accountability for decisions.

Budget, Forecasting & Financial Governance Support

A key partner to the Flutter International Data Protection Officer,, the role focuses on coordinating and influencing regional and brand-level teams within a federated governance model. While not directly managing teams, the position steers and supports those responsible for implementing privacy controls, enabling compliance processes, and embedding a strong privacy culture across the Division.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the investigation of personal data incidents and breaches across Regions and Brands. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure incidents are handled in line with local regulatory requirements and Group standards.

- Deliver core data protection compliance activities including monitoring compliance with local and international data protection laws and regulations, and support the consistent application of Group Key Minimum Requirements and FI Division Data Protection Requirements within a federated operating model.

- Supporting and reviewing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance to support compliant business decision-making affecting mulitple controllers. Advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with commercial and operational teams

- Support regular briefings for commercial business teams and contribute to reports for senior management and governance forums. Coordinate with regional privacy and legal stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and effective information sharing.

- Work closely with Controller entities and internal stakeholders (including IT, Marketing, Product, HR, Operations, and Online teams) to strengthen internal data protection controls, and to embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default into business processes.

- Contribute to clear documentation and written briefings on data protection topics for internal audiences. Contribute to the development of targeted training materials for staff interacting with personal data or supporting data protection processes.

- Manage data subject rights requests (including DSARs, erasure, and objection requests) and customer data protection queries or complaints. Ensure all requests and actions are accurately recorded in internal systems. Maintain and operate documented procedures and service level agreements (SLAs) for handling rights requests.

The Security Project Manager is responsible for the controlled delivery of security-related initiatives, projects and workstreams across Flutter CEE within the CIO delivery governance model.

The role ensures security initiatives are delivered with clear scope, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence and transparent reporting. It provides hands-on project management discipline while ensuring that security outcomes are coordinated with technology, operations, architecture, product engineering, business and leadership stakeholders.

The Security Project Manager works under the Head of Delivery and partners closely with IS Security, Technology Service & Operations, Architecture, AI & Innovation, Performance Intelligence, CTO delivery teams and business stakeholders. The role ensures security delivery is treated as managed CIO delivery work, not only as a dependency or consultation activity.

The role is accountable for project execution control for assigned security initiatives. It is not accountable for final security policy ownership, security risk acceptance, architecture standards, budget governance or technical implementation ownership; those areas remain with the relevant accountable functions.

Material delivery risks, unresolved dependencies, scope conflicts, governance exceptions, resource gaps or delivery blockers are escalated to the Head of Delivery as the first formal escalation path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Project Delivery & Execution

Own day-to-day project management for assigned security initiatives, ensuring delivery is structured, transparent and aligned to agreed CIO priorities.
Create and maintain project plans, milestones, workstream plans, action logs, RAID, dependency maps, status reports and closure artefacts.
Ensure each initiative has clear scope, sponsor, delivery owner, accountable stakeholders, delivery approach, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes and reporting cadence.
Apply appropriate delivery methods based on initiative size, risk, complexity and delivery model, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
Challenge unclear scope, weak ownership, unrealistic timelines, missing dependencies and unmanaged risks in a constructive and professional way.

Security Workstream Governance

Ensure security initiatives and security workstreams follow agreed CIO delivery governance, PMO standards, reporting requirements and escalation routes.
Track security milestones, control readiness, implementation dependencies, decision points and evidence requirements through the project lifecycle.
Ensure delivery governance is practical, decision-focused and proportionate to project risk, complexity and business impact.
Maintain clear records of key decisions, approvals, exceptions, assumptions, dependencies and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Own stakeholder coordination for assigned security projects across IS Security, Technology Service & Operations, Architecture, CTO Product Engineering, AI Innovation Hub, Performance Intelligence, business teams, vendors and leadership stakeholders.
Maintain stakeholder maps, communication plans, meeting cadence, decision forums and escalation paths for assigned initiatives.
Provide clear, timely and audience-appropriate communication on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions required and delivery confidence.
Manage expectations proactively where scope, timing, resources, dependencies or priority sequencing changes.

RAID, Dependency & Escalation Management

Identify, document and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies across assigned security initiatives.
Ensure risks and blockers are assigned to clear owners, reviewed regularly and escalated before they materially affect delivery outcomes.
Escalate material delivery risks, unresolved blockers, ownership gaps, dependency conflicts, governance breaches or resource constraints to the Head of Delivery with context, impact, options and recommendation.
Maintain an integrated view of dependencies between security, infrastructure, architecture, product engineering, operations, vendors and business stakeholders.

Cross-Delivery Coordination

Coordinate security delivery contributions for initiatives that span CIO, CTO and Chief Strategy Officer delivery teams.
Where security is a contributor, ensure security commitments, deliverables, risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness criteria are clearly planned and represented in the lead delivery plan.
Where security or CIO is leading, manage the delivery cadence, workstream coordination, dependency control, status reporting and escalation for assigned initiatives.
Support formal intake by clarifying security scope, impact, complexity, stakeholder groups, dependencies and delivery route.

Operational Readiness, Transition & Closure

Ensure implementation readiness, operational acceptance, support handover, documentation, training needs and post-implementation activities are planned and tracked.
Coordinate with Technology Service & Operations, IS Security operations, vendors and support teams to ensure delivered security capabilities are supportable and sustainable.
Support project closure, KPI tracking, lessons learned, delivery retrospectives and continuous improvement actions.

AI-First Delivery Operations

5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, technology delivery, security delivery or transformation delivery roles.
Experience managing technology projects involving security controls, risk reduction, compliance readiness, operational readiness or cross-functional security workstreams.
Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle management, planning, RAID, dependency management, status reporting and escalation practices.

Role Overview

As Head of performance / digital media for SEU, you will be the senior authority on how PokerStars plans and deploys its digital media investment across Spain, France and Portugal. You will lead a specialist in-house team covering Paid Social, PPC, SEO and Affiliates. Youu will be the primary point of accountability for digital media outcomes across the region.

You will providing senior oversight, detailed support and direction for the in-house performance marketing team implementing paid digital channels. You will be expected to bring genuine depth and knowledge across these channels.

The ideal candidate will have an authority eye for everything reporting and measurement with explicit knowledge of tracking performance and an ability to demonstrate the development of test and learn plans.

What you’ll do:

Handle and lead the SEU Digital performance team
Form part of the SEU Marketing Leadership team, working with and supporting fellow Heads of department
Support the SEU Marketing Director to develop strong relationships with key digital media partners
Deliver strong, innovative and measurable digital media roadmaps
Work closely with the Marketing Insights team to improve the signalling /Ad tech capabilities and measurement granularity
Ensure aligned execution across all media channels
Ensure plans are driven based on given guardrails and targets are met (CPAs/Paybacks) with the support of the Marketing Insight team
Identify new digital media test & learn opportunities & ensure they are planned and delivered authoritatively.
Work with CRO specialist to track and optimise Conversion rate performance and onboarding journeys
Work with the Analytics team to produce optimal reports, data driven, and establish measurement frameworks against our objectives.
Provide executive reports on Media Marketing activities and Media critical metrics with support from Analytics team, find optimisation opportunities, and drive actions.

What you’ll bring:

8-10+ years of digital media planning and strategy experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role handling multi- digital channel media programmes at significant scale
Demonstrable experience handling multi-million euro media budgets across digital performance channels simultaneously
Background in iGaming, sports betting or another heavily regulated consumer industry is preferred; experience navigating the specific gambling advertising frameworks in Spain, France or Portugal is a meaningful advantage
Consistent track record of leading JBP negotiations and commercial relationships with major media platforms (Google, Meta and equivalents) at a senior level
Experience handling and developing high-performing specialist media teams
Interest in, or knowledge of, online poker, casino, and sportsbook
