Role Overview
The Poker Network Generosity Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining and sharing PSN dashboards/reports, offset classification, historical spend data, and assisting with creating planning templates and tracking documentation for the Online PSN broader team.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognizing that quality time together is essential for keeping our mission aligned.
What you’ll do:
PSN Dashboards & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, enhance and share brand-agnostic PSN dashboards and reporting solutions using accurate and data-driven PSN insights.
- Produce reporting focused on offsets, promotional activity, and spend analysis to support business decision-making and information sharing with partners and PSN teams.
- Ensure reporting outputs are reliable, scalable, and aligned to stakeholder requirements.
Planning & Spend Enablement
- Support in the creation, design, enhancement and maintenance of planning and spend-tracking documents.
- Provide expertise in developing, optimizing, automating and maintaining templated structure and logic to improve usability and consistency.
- Facilitating the creation and maintenance of working budgets across liquidities and partners in the PSN environment.
- Act as the gatekeeper for matters related to the offset spend and performance, identifying and calling out anomalies or over-budgeted / under-budgeted initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Extreme attention to detail and precision, especially when it comes to both visualization and data organization, but to written documentation as well.
- Strong command of spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel) as well as reporting and visualization tools (PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple activities at once, and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Innovative, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Self-motivated, highly organized, capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to transform, analyse and present data for use in decision making.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to track, forecast and reconcile offset spend.
- Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately while under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce documentation and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and to work alone with little or no supervision over time.
- Willingness to learn and proactive in sourcing relevant knowledge to self-solve.
