Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and oversee complex, cross-functional programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, an ability to lead collaborative efforts across diverse teams, and a track record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage program management initiatives that impact multiple teams and departments.

Drive cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Leading Program Management across Data, Business Intelligence & Security/PII initiatives.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to meet strategic goals.

Partner closely with stakeholders across different functions, including product, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to ensure programs are on track and delivering value.

Proactively identify risks, resolve project bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide leadership and guidance to program managers within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualification & Skills Required:-

10+ years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs.

Strong background in managing complex, high-impact projects across multiple functions.

Proven track record in risk management, timeline optimization, and stakeholder management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus and decision-making.

Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience in Process Improvements and Strategic Planning & Execution will be a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or MBAs preferred.
