Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the App Store Optimization (ASO) charter across Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Define and execute strategies to improve app rankings, keyword visibility, and install conversion rates

Conduct deep keyword research and metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, creatives)

Lead A/B testing of app creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) to maximize conversion rates

Analyze store performance metrics (impressions, CVR, installs, retention signals) and derive actionable insights

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align store messaging with product value propositions

Monitor and respond to ratings & reviews, and work with Product teams to improve app sentiment and ratings

Track competitor strategies, category trends, and algorithm updates across app stores

Build and scale experimentation frameworks to continuously improve ASO performance

Support broader organic growth initiatives (SEO, content, lifecycle) where needed
What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of experience in organic growth, with strong hands-on ASO experience
-
Proven track record of scaling app installs and improving app store conversion metrics

Deep understanding of App Store / Play Store algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices

Experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, StoreMaven, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven experimentation and A/B testing

Ability to translate data into clear growth strategies and execution plans

Experience working in consumer apps, gaming, or high-scale mobile-first companies

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
