Role Overview
This is your chance to play a leading role as part of the World’s largest gaming organization – Flutter Entertainment. An integral part of the Flutter family, The PokerStars brand is the world’s leading Poker brand with customers all over the globe.
The Affiliates Executive will be responsible for supporting the affiliates team to develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive efficient new customer acquisition. You will support the Junior Affiliate Manager and Senior Affiliates manager with the onboarding of our new affiliates platform and support the needs of our SEU affiliates. Working closely with affiliate partners, the role will look to seek new deal opportunities and to optimise performance of existing agreements. The will also work closely with our SEA Affiliate Ops and Tech team to support the development and delivery of the Affiliates platform roadmap. The role will be responsible for the set-up and of deals, and ensuring affiliates are fully supported and managed. You’ll bring a mix of commercial drive, operational knowledge, analytical capability and relationship-building skills to ensure PokerStars maximises the value from its affiliate programme.
What you’ll do:
- Support the migration of SEU Affiliates to our new affiliates platform including platform testing
- Help to develop and push the delivery of the platform roadmap
- Support with the day to day affiliate programme management, maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing partners.
- Build and develop strong relationships with SEA Affiliate ops and tech team
- Identify opportunities both in deals and in the platform for sustainable growth for PokerStars.
- Monitor and optimise affiliate performance against agreed KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of campaigns within the affiliate platform including set-up, tracking, reporting, compliance and payments. Suggesting and aligning with PS Italy’s affiliates team on improvements
- Work with affiliates on innovative and key deliverables for the overall Platform functionality
- Support the testing, execution, and review of initiatives to strengthen our affiliate playbook.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, ensuring the programme adapts as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
- 2 years of previous experience in the affiliate marketing field in the online gambling industry
- Experience with an affiliate marketing platform (Impact Radius, Income Access, MicroGame, NetRefer etc.)
- Comfortable working with data to review performance and make optimisation decisions.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) a strong advantage.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to produce clear, compelling reporting.
- Results-oriented, with a strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance metrics.
