Shift Schedule
09:00–17:00
11:00–19:00
17:00–01:00
19:00–03:00
(Night shifts 2–3 times per month)
* Ability to work in all shifts is required.
Salary: 160,000 AMD
As a Customer Service Agent, we need you to:
- Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center Chat, Email, Social Media
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
- Follow a high-security level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow company standards in customer service
- Proper knowledge of the Company's products/ services/promotions/standards.
We need you to have:
- Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian, and English will be considered a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Multitasking skills
- Stress tolerance
- Adaptive to changes
- Quick learner.
