Overview of the role:
We are excited to announce that we are looking to expand our Quant Development team.
As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for the back end and the mathematical models in the heart of our exciting online casino slot games. The best possible gaming experience of our players will be in your hands!
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

Develop a Java server for the games

Create analytical and simulated game math models to determine game return to player (RTP) and capture vital statistics about the game’s volatility profile

Refine games by test playing and making changes based on gameplay

Support the game development in all phases, collaborating with other teams through the creation process

Work on integrations with game platforms
What you’ll bring:

Experience with technologies and tools such as Java, Maven, Bash, Tomcat, Docker, Git and Jira

Experience in maths and statistics

A passion for continuos learning and staying ahead of the latest development technologies in the online casino games industry

A collaborative and proactive attitude, ready to share knowledge and cooperate with team members
