Role Overview
We are looking for a CVM Poker Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of customer campaigns and lifecycle activities for PokerStars France, with a strong focus on driving poker player retention and revenue. You will play a key role in delivering effective CRM initiatives, improving customer engagement and lifetime value, and ensuring all campaigns contribute to commercial performance in the French poker market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help optimise customer journeys and support growth in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
What you will do:
- Support the execution and optimisation of promotional campaigns across the French Poker market, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Contribute to customer segmentation and targeting strategies for poker players, using data to maximise engagement and lifetime value.
- Support campaign planning and execution across key customer touchpoints (CRM, onsite, promotions) tailored to the French poker audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results across player lifecycle stages.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and tracking performance against commercial targets.
- Implement key CVM activities including lifecycle campaigns, retention initiatives, reactivation programmes, and player communications for the French poker market.
- Collaborate closely with partners (Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery, alignment, and full compliance with ANJ (Autorité Nationale des Jeux) requirements.
- Identify customer journey friction points within the poker player experience and contribute to improving engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the monitoring of French market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategies.
- Support the setup and execution of CRM journeys and automated campaigns across poker player lifecycle stages.
- Contribute to the optimisation of poker promotional mechanics — tournament tickets, bonuses, rakeback, loyalty rewards — to improve conversion and retention among French poker players.
What you will bring:
- Experience in CRM or Customer Value Management, ideally in digital, iGaming or poker environments.
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle management — ideally applied to poker or gaming audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Optimove, Braze or similar).
- Understanding of poker-specific promotional mechanics (tournament tickets, bonuses, rakeback, loyalty schemes) and their impact on player retention and revenue.
- Analytical approach, with ability to interpret data and support actionable insights that drive player engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative approach, with ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive mentality and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in regulated markets is a plus — knowledge of ANJ (Autorité Nationale des Jeux) requirements is particularly valued.
- Passion for poker and a good understanding of poker player behaviour and motivations is a strong plus.
- Native French proficiency is required, with good English communication skills.
What you’ll get:
Malta:

- Competitive learning fund, dedicated 4 learning “Power Hours” every month during office time, full access to the Udemy and Mindtools platforms, in-house leadership program and many other training opportunities for developing your skills and progressing your career
