Main Responsibilities:
1 - Ensuring that payment operations design and execution is being performed meeting business and customer requirements
2 - Managing reconciliation-related issues, including investigation, escalation and follow-up with relevant vendors
3 - UX / UI tracking and its constant improvement
4 - Request and analyze reports
5 - Managing and resolving payment-related operational issues, including escalation and coordination with payment vendors, Internal Stakeholders
6 - Managing day-to-day payment operational processes and ensuring their smooth execution
7 - Monitoring and coordinating execution of Payment projects
8 - Monitoring payment channel performance and proactively addressing operational issues
9 - Managing the end-to-end payment journey and driving its continuous improvement
Main Competencies / Skills / Qualities Required
1 - Work Experience - At least 1-year of experience working in the payment business (preferably a bank or other financial organization)
2 - Education - Higher (preferably in the financial-economic, management)
3 - Accuracy, competence, decision making, analytical and logical thinking, professionalism, sense of responsibility, initiative, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
4 - MS Office
5 - High proficiency in English
