What you’ll do:
As the People Partnering Manager you will support our Technology organization across multiple locations. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Support talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes

Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decision aligned with business objectives

Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience

Serve as a key advisor to extended leadership team and managers, influencing decision-making on performance, employee relations and organizational topics

Manage salary review processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines

Coordinate the performance management processes, supporting managers in decision-making and ensuring alignment with business priorities

Design and drive cross-country learning initiatives based on comprehensive training needs analysis across the Tech population in Italy, Turkey and Albania, supporting capability building and organizational growth and ensuring alignment with business priorities

Design, develop and lead end-to-end team building and engagement initiatives for the entire Tech population in Italy, managing all aspects including vendor selection and coordination, as well as internal stakeholder engagement and delivery

Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience.

Lead performance management, compensation review, and employee development initiatives

Collaborate with managers to develop talent, support career growth, and strengthen organizational capabilities.

Provide guidance on employment contracts and terminations and disciplinary action, managing complex and sensitive cases in alignment with labor laws and company policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for employee relations matters

Coordinate exit programs for the Tech population, with a focus on low and bottom performer management, including the implementation of incentivized exit processes in alignment with business needs and labor regulations

Manage the employee population across multiple locations (Milan, Rome, Naples, Palermo and Porcari – 337 HC), ensuring consistent HR support and processes
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience (5/7 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a complex and fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations.

Solid understanding of labor law and HR policies, with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and support organizational decision-making.

Experience in designing and implementing learning, engagement, and talent development initiatives.
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, workforce data, and labor cost trends to support business decisions.

Project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-location HR initiatives.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of Workday platform

Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy: 57.258€ - 69.445 € gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.
